In the Outlook Web and Outlook Desktop Applications, open the email that you want to report as Phishing.
Click the Report Phish icon.

In the Outlook Mobile Application, open the email that you want to report as Phishing.
Click the ellipsis from more options.
Click the Report Phish Icon.
