Follow the below instructions to clear your browser cache/history. Once cleared, close brower and open a new one before trying to login to banner web or blackboard.

 

Google Chrome (recommended browser) 

  1. In the browser bar, enter: 

chrome://settings/clearBrowserData 

  1. At the top of the "Clear browsing data" window, click Advanced. 

  1. Select the following: 

  • Browsing history 

  • Download history 

  • Cookies and other site data 

  • Cached images and files 

From the "Time range" drop-down menu, choose all time to clear cached information.  

From the “advanced” tab, check ALL boxes. 

  1. Click CLEAR DATA. 

  1. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser. 

 

Firefox 

  1. From the History menu, select Clear Recent History. 

If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible. 

  1. From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything. 

  1. Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items. 

  1. Click Clear Now. 

  1. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser. 

 

 

Microsoft Edge (not recommended) 

To clear browsing data on your computer, make sure sync is turned off. Items that are synced will be cleared across all synced devices. 

Here's how to clear your browsing data in Microsoft Edge: 

  1. Select Settings and more  > Settings  > Privacy, search, and services . 

  1. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear. 

  1. Choose a time range from the Time range drop-down menu. 

  1. Choose the types of data you want to clear. For example, you may want to remove browsing history and cookies but keep passwords and form fill data. 

  1. Select Clear now.
